Executive Support Administrator
Permanent Position (Brisbane) - IMMEDIATE START
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, multi skilled administrator to join our National Office in the Brisbane CBD. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director & CEO you will be the ‘face of the company’ providing Reception support in addition to administrative support to the Executive Team.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Front desk Receptionist role
- Acting as Personal Assistant to the Executive Team
- Providing project support on various projects related to the corporate team and Facilities Management
- Effectively communicating information gathered to the Client Services Team
- Assist the Managing Director & CEO, Executive Director and General Manager when required
- Assist with the compilation of weekly management reports and board reports for the Executive Team
- Coordinate travel nationally
- Monitor and coordinate stationery nationally
To be successful in this role you must possess:
- Previous experience in an executive administrative role
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Highly competent organisational, time management and planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills including interpersonal, written and verbal and a demonstrated use of these in a professional environment
- The ability to multi-task between Reception / Executive Assistance and general office administration
- Demonstrated and effective problem solving skills with a strong customer service and positive outcome focus both internally and externally
- Intermediate to advanced levels in all MS Office applications
- The ability to work autonomously
