Auscript Brisbane HQ relocates as demand and growth continues
25 November 2011
A record year of transcript production at Auscript combined with the growth of sister company Court Record Solutions (CRS) is the catalyst for the relocation of the international headquarters of the Record Holdings group of companies.
As of Monday 28 November, Auscript and CRS operations (both Record Holdings companies) will be located at Level 22, 179 Turbot Street, Brisbane. Postal details remain unchanged.
Auscript Managing Director Peter Wyatt, speaking from Sydney, Australia, today explained the move in more detail.
"We've focused on maximising our productivity this year, which, along with systems innovation has been key in driving demand for the 'Same Day' court transcripts that are the hallmark of the Auscript brand."
"In 2012 and beyond, we want to keep providing a high level of services to our customers while we continue to grow. At the same time, we will work closely with the software team at Court Record Solutions to simplify accessing and working with the court record for our clients - especially over the web and on mobile devices."
Court Record Solutions is the team responsible for Auscript's Cortex transcript production workflow tool, and Court.fm, an online court hearing playback service used by the Family Court since 2009 and soon to be released to lawyers and barristers around Australia.
The new CBD premises can accommodate up to 200 employees over two floors (Level 12 and 22).
Maintaining Auscript's commitment to sustainability (which has reduced paper transcript delivery from 20% in 2000 to less than 0.05% in 2011) was also considered in the decision to move - 179 Turbot Street has a 4.5 Star NABERS rating as well as a 5 Star Green Rating.
