All Auscript transcripts are typed in Australia, and all Auscript staff are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Please use the following forms to request transcripts of court and tribunal proceedings.
Please be aware that in all Commonwealth courts and tribunals, transcript sharing between parties is a serious breach of copyright and is not permitted under any circumstances.

Please note that Auscript cannot provide Judgments to parties. In most cases, Judgments are made available free of charge by the Commonwealth on the Federal Court of Australia website.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Retention of audio and/or transcript
By engaging Auscript to record and/or transcribe an event, the following rules apply to the retention of materials:
- Audio and transcript will be retained for three (3) months only from the date of service delivery.
- After a three (3) month period (from the date of service delivery), the audio and transcript may be deleted from Auscript's systems.
This policy can be applied retrospectively.
Accepted digital audio formats
- MP3
- WAV
- WMA
Audio submitted in any format other than those listed above will result in an extended transcript turnaround time of ten (10) days.
Auscript also reserves the right to charge a fee if the conversion process is lengthy.
